Christopher J. Panella

Chris’ career has been influenced by his commitment and dedication to supporting the mission of Thriven Design’s clients and the needs of the people they serve. An Associate at Thriven Design, Chris provides a variety of architectural design and construction administration services for a range of housing and community projects. His 28-year career began with a focus on market-rate and multi-family housing for national and local development companies.  When he joined Thriven Design in 2001, he shifted his focus to affordable housing for families and senior citizens.

Chris now leads the design and construction of affordable housing for seniors and families, and neighborhood community centers. He is deeply committed to improving the lives of residents in their communities and as a result is dedicated to creating appropriate, livable spaces that support and enhance their quality of life and respond to their needs.

Chris’ love of design and architecture influences his personal time spent outside of Thriven Design as well. He is well versed in all aspects of home renovation; especially finish carpentry, drywall/plaster work and painting. As a resident of Upper Montgomery County, PA his professional experience has been recognized by his appointment to the Indian Valley Board of Appeals.
