Keith Peacock

AIA
Principal

As a Principal at Thriven Design, Keith brings a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of architectural design and construction administration for large-scale, multi-phased design projects. He is highly mindful of schematic concepts, code requirements, and sustainable details. He has helped several projects achieve LEED® Certification, and his work has been recognized as a ULI (Philadelphia) Willard G. “Bill” Rouse III Awards for Excellence finalist and NJ Future Smart Growth and New Jersey Governor’s Excellence in Housing Award winner.

Keith has more than 30 years of architectural experience with 15 years of experience leading multifamily, market-rate and mixed-use projects, and he contributes expert-level insight into the design and project management nuances of these typologies. He is Thriven Design’s leader in BIM systems and rendering software, and his technical expertise and proficiency with these tools has made him the firm’s primary resource in developing construction documentation production standards company-wide.

Outside of the office, Keith’s commitment to community involvement has led him to rich and rewarding volunteer experiences with The Salvation Army, the National Down Syndrome Society Buddy-Walk, as an elected official for his local school board, and is also President-Elect of AIA West Jersey for 2022.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University, and is a registered architect in four states.
