Throughout his almost forty years of experience, Ray’s dedication and effective communication skills have helped him to build robust, long-term relationships with our clients. In his role as Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager, Ray’s primary focus has been in the Senior Living market sectors, including Affordable Independent Senior Housing, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing facilities and large-scale institutional projects, and has been intimately involved in the development and management of projects through all phases of planning, design, and construction. His effective communication skills and composed nature allow him to serve as an advocate for the client and to address the sensitive needs of the end-user of every project he manages.

An avid history enthusiast, Ray enjoys reading historical novels and visiting historical sites and landmarks. He also counts photography, sports, music, and singing among his favorite hobbies. Ray is active in his local community, having served on Edgewater Park’s Board of Education, as well as the local Zoning Board. He is presently serving as the Family History Center Director of the Cherry Hill, New Jersey Stake, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
