Blue Bell Senior Residence Awarded PHARE Grant Funding

Thriven Design is thrilled to share the news that the proposed Blue Bell Senior Residence, the first affordable housing development in Whitpain Township, has been awarded grant funding through the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) fund, a program managed by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. This critical funding will help Federation Housing, Inc. advance this project forward toward becoming a reality. Congratulations to the entire project team!
Blue Bell Senior Residence will bring much needed affordable housing for older adults in Montgomery County in Pennsylvania. The proposed development will provide 56 apartments of affordable senior living within a two-story building designed to complement the aesthetic and fit into the surrounding community. Residents will be able to live independently with a lifestyle enhanced by the quality amenities and local services such as healthcare, groceries, shopping and more.
