Project Coordinator

Your Impact:
We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to contribute to our success, working closely with their team through all phases of our projects. Project experience will include all phases of architectural design projects from initial concept through design and construction administration. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and spearhead design concept decisions for final internal review
- Provide critique and guidance to others on their work product, including renderings, animations, and construction documents
- Contribute to documentation for all design phases
- Share knowledge of building detailing, building science, envelope design, and building systems with others
- Manage project coordination and construction administration activities, delegating to and overseeing the work of others on the team
- Prepare project specifications
- Research and implement project requirements (code, funding requirements, client standards) and permit/approval processes
- Have extensive knowledge of other disciplines, and proactively oversee internal (team) quality control items and coordination of systems included in the project.
- Contribute to aspects of project financial management including developing project fees, scope, and project timelines / scheduling with the use of appropriate management tools.
- Assist with proposals and contracts
- Utilize project presentation and meeting skills, internally and externally
- Assist project managers with client realtionship
Education, Experience and Compensation:
- Licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
- Compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
- Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment

Architectural Collaborator

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Collaborator to contributes to our success, working closely with their team through all phases of our projects. Project experience will include all phases of architectural design projects from set-up through design and construction administration. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with building information modeling, rendering, and/or animation tools to contribute to design concept decisions, critiques and create building concept / capacity studies with guidance from others.
- Produce documents for all design phases and apply your expanding knowledge of building detailing, building science/envelope, and building systems, with guidance from others.
- Present design and technical ideas to others internally, while observing/learning to do so externally.
- Apply your working knowledge of other disciplines to participate in project coordination, collaborate with team members to resolve design conflicts and address internal quality control items.
- Assists with the delegation of tasks for your team, assist in the preparation of project specifications, manage permit / approval processes, assist with construction administration activities, and implement project requirements (code, funding requirements, client standards) in your design work.
- Contribute to project management using appropriate tools to schedule/track your time on projects.
Education, Experience and Compensation:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Experience: At least 3 years of job-related experience
- Compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
- Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
