Green House, an affordable senior residence which opened in 2013 and for which Thriven Design also provided professional design services. The Daniel B. Green House residence is designed to complement the aesthetic design of Florence E. Green House and foster a vibrant community in which residents of both buildings are able to socialize and enjoy shared amenities.

Daniel B. Green House is named in honor of the late Chairman of Firstrust Bank, a local philanthropist and original Board member of Federation Housing, Inc.. Florence E. Green House was named in honor of Daniel’s beloved wife of 66 years, who was the matriarch of the Green family.
