Thriven Design worked with Onion Flats Architecture to provide MEP and Passive Design services for this 25-unit, 4-story walkup in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. The project features geothermal heating and hot water, an 80 kilowatt Solar PV roof system, and an on-site electric vehicle charging station.
