Cindy Lane Family Housing / Ocean Family Apartments

Ocean Family Apartments is an affordable family community located in Monmouth County, NJ. The project, built on vacant property and close to NJ Transit bus service, Monmouth Mall and and Monmouth University consists of two three-story garden-style apartment buildings consisting of 9 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and 15 three-bedroom apartments for a total of 48 units. The community provides five apartments for homeless individuals and families with one apartment equipped for the hearing and visually impaired. All of the ground floor apartments are visitable, and the development also includes a community room and laundry facilities for residents.
