Located on a 1.8-acre lot at Sloan and Harrison Avenues in Collingswood, NJ, the new Collingswood Department of Public Works Facility creates a modern, climate-controlled workplace for municipal employees and enables the borough to streamline its public works operations.

Thriven Design provided architecture and MEP/FP engineering for the project, which involved the design and construction of a new 22,000 sf multiuse building with 5 garage bays (10,000 sf), as well as climate-controlled offices and locker rooms (12,000 sf). Secure storage for temporary equipment is also provided on-site via a 3,200 sf prefabricated vinyl-composite storage building. The new Collingswood Department of Public Works Facility is EV-ready and solar photovoltaics-ready, providing for an economical and sustainable future.
