Daniel B. Green House

Daniel B Green House is a 60-unit, three story residence that expands the availabilty of senior housing on Federation Housing’s Bensalem Township campus. The residence is designed to complement the aesthetic of the adjacent Florence E. Green House and foster a vibrant community in which residents of both buildings are able to socialize and enjoy shared amenities.

Thriven Design provided architectural, engineering, interior design, and energy services for both the Daniel B. Green House and Florence E. Green House, which was completed in 2013.

Daniel B. Green House is named in honor of the late Chairman of Firstrust Bank, a local philanthropist and original Board member of Federation Housing, Inc.. Florence E. Green House was named in honor of Daniel’s beloved wife of 66 years, who was the matriarch of the Green family.
