Thriven Design provided architectural, engineering, and interior design services toward the asset preservation of two senior residential complexes: a 153-unit, four building complex in West Orange built in 1980 next door to the JCC, and a 66 unit single building complex in South Orange built in 1992. Project funding sources included 4% LIHTC and HUD.
