Cynthia Del Rossi

With twenty-four years of architectural design experience,  Cynthia has worked on projects in numerous affordable housing design sectors during her tenure, including multi-family, senior and supportive housing, both rehabilitation and new construction. Cynthia is an expert on supportive housing and serves as the leader of Thriven Design’s Supportive Housing studio. She has worked extensively on the development of housing for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as the chronically homeless, veterans, troubled youth, and other specialized supportive housing. In addition to being a LEED AP, Cynthia holds a Bachelor in Integrated Arts, with a focus in Historic Preservation and a minor in Architectural History from the Pennsylvania State University.
