Milton manages the Asset Preservation Architectural project team, closely coordinating with Principal, Director of Asset Preservation and Director of Engineering Alkeshkumar (Alkesh) Taylor, PE, LEED® AP, and Associate Principal and Manager of Engineering Ryan Wolfe, PE, to ensure that owner, developer and housing authority clients achieve their project rehabilitation goals.

As a Senior Associate and member of the Thriven Design family since 1988, Milton’s attention to detail & comprehensive design evaluations make him a valuable member of Thriven Design’s management team. Milton’s career has focused on the design and documentation of federal, military, education, and multi-family residential projects. He is an expert in providing project management, cost estimating, and specification-writing for Thriven Design’s Architectural and Engineering/Energy Projects, and is also responsible for identifying and implementing procedures to assure a consistent quality of design documents. With particular expertise in indefinite quantity contracts for both federal and state agencies, Milton’s longevity at the firm has enabled him to retain long-term relationships with notable clients including federal agencies, universities and local housing authorities.

Milton is very active in the community outside of Thriven Design, particularly in his work with the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned the honor of Eagle Scout, and currently serves as Assistant District Commissioner as well as on staff for local, regional and national highlight events. He remains active in Alpha Phi Omega, as well as the admissions council for Carnegie-Mellon. He is a two-time president of his local Kiwanis Club and currently serves on his local municipal historic preservation commission.
