Ryan Wolfe

As Associate Principal and Manager of Engineering Ryan provides technical guidance, project-level direction, and leadership to Thriven Design’s multidisciplinary Engineering team. He oversees in-house mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineers; coordinates deliverables, manages project timelines, and implements departmental policies and goals, as established by Principal, Director of Engineering, and Director of Asset Preservation Alkeshkumar (Alkesh) Taylor, PE, LEED® AP.

Ryan serves as Thriven Design’s expert in plumbing and fire protection, with 20 years of experience designing systems for a range of typologies, including assisted living facilities, multi-family residential complexes, educational facilities, light commercial and office renovations, commercial kitchens, community centers, municipal buildings, and a variety of medical and laboratory facilities. Ryan has a particular expertise in student housing, and has provided engineering services for on- and off-campus communities in Colorado, North Carolina, Arkansas, Texas, and Pennsylvania comprising more than 1,000 units.
