Thriven Design Celebrates Completion of Collingswood Department of Public Works Facility

Thriven Design is happy to share completion photos from the new Collingswood Public Works Facility at Sloan and Harrison Avenues in our hometown of Collingswood. NJ. Thriven Design provided architecture and full MEP/FP services for the project which created a modern, climate-controlled workplace for municipal employees and enabled the borough to streamline its public works operations.
Scope of work involved the design and construction of a new 22,000 sf multiuse building with 5 garage bays (10,000 sf), as well as climate-controlled offices and locker rooms (12,000 sf). Secure storage for temporary equipment is also provided on-site via a 3,200 sf prefabricated vinyl-composite storage building.
The new Collingswood Department of Public Works Facility is EV-ready and solar photovoltaics-ready, providing for an economical and sustainable future. Congratulations to Michael A Beach & Associates, Remington & Vernick, McDonald Building Co., and the entire project team.
