William Yang, PE, promoted to Mechanical Engineering Manager at Thriven Design

Thriven Design is pleased to announce the promotion of William Yang, PE, to Mechanical Engineering Manager at Thriven Design. With over 10 years of experience as an engineer, five of which have been dedicated to designing mechanical and plumbing work, William brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

As Mechanical Engineering Manager, Will now leads our mechanical engineering efforts across multiple project types, providing technical oversight from schematic design through construction administration. He is responsible for accuracy and consistency across deliverables and maintaining alignment with project schedules and budgets. He also ensures multidisciplinary collaboration with Thriven Design’s in-house architecture, planning, and interior design teams and further the business goals of the department and the firm.

Beyond those responsibilities, Will continues to provide mentorship to junior staff, helping to strengthen technical skills and promote best practices and licensure within the engineering team, in coordination with Principal and Director of Engineering Ryan Wolfe, PE.
