Aspen Bloomington is a modern student living community containing 241 units and 671 beds between four student housing buildings all nestled into one lot along West Gourley Pike in Bloomington, IN. The new purpose-built student living community consists of a two-story apartment building, two (2) four-story apartment buildings, and a five-story apartment building offering a range of unit types and living options. A resident clubhouse is located at the center of the campus within the five-story apartment building and offers a range of modern amenities like a study/co-working center, various social lounges, gaming lounge, and a fitness center, all situated immediately adjacent to an outdoor amenity deck that boasts a resort style pool and hot tub, with a poolside jumbotron TV area, offering student residents a space to socialize and relax.
