Aspen-Wichita is a three and four story mixed-use apartment development by Aspen Heights Partners locate at 4910 East 21st Street North, Wichita, Kansas.  The site is located near the intersection of North Oliver Avenue and East 21st Street, and it is approximately 3.91 acres  Located in the Wichita-Sedgwick County Unified Zoning District, Body of Parcel 8 “University Garden Community Unit Plan (CUP) DP-8.

Aspen-Wichita includes the construction of three new, three and four floor story, wood framed walk up garden apartment buildings organized in a courtyard fashion.  A clubhouse/fitness room and a property management office is located on the ground floor level of Building A.  In addition, there is surface parking for approximately 196 spaces, an exterior swimming pool and pool deck.  The buildings accommodate 90 residential units in 2 and 4-bedroom unit configurations.
