The Finmore at 241

The Finmore at 241 is a new, mixed-use, student housing project located high in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina and provides state-of-the-art, off-campus housing and high-end amenities for students of Appalachian State University. It contains 562 bedrooms in 174 one, two and four-bedroom apartment units. The wood-framed, residential structure sits on top of a concrete podium which provides covered parking and street front commercial space. The overall design emulates the vernacular of the historic mountain region in which it is located.
