Thriven Design has worked with Community Behavioral Health (CBH), a not-for-profit corporation providing mental health and substance abuse services for Philadelphia County Medicaid recipients, for over 20 years leading over 8 relocations and expansions.
Their offices are located at 801 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, occupying 60,700 square feet of office space on the 7th Floor and expanded to an additional 53,100 square feet of space on the 11th Floor. Their program consists of 73 private offices, 314 workstations, 22 conference rooms, a 350-person conference center, multiple informal meeting spaces, two lunch rooms, multiple file/storage rooms, bike storage rooms, lactation room, and restrooms. Services Thriven Design provided were: programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, interior design—finish selections and documentation, construction documentation, bidding, furniture selection—bidding, order placement, and installation and relocation supervision, construction administration.
