Thriven Design was retained by the Housing Authority of the City of Camden to serve as both planning coordinator and master planner in a 24-month community revitalization effort for Cramer Hill, a neighborhood situated in Camden, NJ. This effort is funded by a Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant awarded by HUD through a competitive process and involves the coordination between public agencies, local non-profits and the broader Cramer Hill community through a community-driven planning process that culminates with a Transformation Plan outlining recommendations for redevelopment of a 306-unit public housing site in the context of broader neighborhood improvements focused on physical, social and economic priorities.
