Medford Senior Residence

Medford Senior Residence offers a total of thirty-six (36) new one- and two-bedroom units of affordable senior living in the heart of Medford Township, New Jersey. The new community includes a host of amenities such as computer rooms, a fitness center and a multi-purpose community room for meetings and social events. Supportive infrastructure includes a wireless emergency call system with personal pendants and call stations located strategically throughout the facility. The main building and apartment entries are each equipped with convenient, keyless entry systems.

A variety of sustainable design features were incorporated into the design and construction of the residence. The HVAC systems, appliances and lighting throughout the entire complex are Energy Star rated. Low-VOC paints, sealants and adhesives were utilized throughout the building. Site lighting at Medford uses low-maintenance, energy-efficient LED lamps, and the building insulation was upgraded in order to provide overall reduced energy costs. Photovoltaic panels were mounted on the roof of the facility to provide supplemental electricity for lighting and power at all common areas.
