Rolling Greens Court is located on one of Cinnaminson’s well-traveled corridors, a short distance from Town Hall. The original farmhouse was constructed in the late 1800s and served as a residence for orphans and unwed mothers. Over the next 100 years, multiple additions were added on, and it became an Assisted Living until closing its doors in 2002. Given the local significance of this property, public officials aimed to preserve the original house when the property was designated for redevelopment. In 2016, Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) and Conifer Realty were named the redevelopers to create a new 54-unit community for income-eligible seniors.  By then, the original structure has become dilapidated beyond repair. So the team re-created the landmark farmhouse by replacing it in-kind with new construction, retaining the size, detailing, and location of the original. It is now a 2-story multi-purpose room with a new front porch and a private patio. Rolling Greens Court is Energy Star rated and has energy-efficient HVAC systems, lighting, and appliances. All apartments are designed to enable residents to age-in-place and can easily incorporate accessible features as residents’ needs change. In addition to the multi-purpose room, other common amenities include a lounge, fitness room, library/computer room, and wellness room.
