The Park at Woodbridge Station is located on a mid-block property of a former Woodbridge New Jersey Housing Authority site and is part of the Downtown Woodbridge Redevelopment Plan. The site is a half-block away from the Woodbridge rail transit station. This transit-oriented new construction development will be a 6-story mid-rise building consisting of four floors of residential housing above two floors of garage parking for building residents. The building also includes walk-up units on the first two floors with entrances facing Brook Street and the park. The project includes a total of 146 residential units of mixed-income family rental housing, with 22 units being designated as affordable units. The approximately 245,000 SF building contains 8 studio units, 108 one-bedroom units, 25 two-bedroom units, and 5 three-bedroom units. The garage includes parking for 185 cars, 4 electric vehicles charging stations, and bike racks for approx. 30 bikes. Residential amenities include a 7,300 square foot outside roof terrace with an open green space, grilling stations, movie projection seating, firepits, shuffleboard, foosball, and Ping-Pong tables. Other amenities for residents include interior lounge spaces and a gym.  The project goals include sustainable initiatives targeting a LEED® certified project. The rooftop also includes a 12,000 square foot photovoltaic array.
