The District at 15fifteen
The District at 15fifteen is a mixed-use development set to replace two vacant office buildings. The site will contain 498 units of housing alongside approximately 30,000 square feet of retail, dining, and gathering space. The design of The District at 15fifteen partners 4-and 5-story apartments with a pedestrian-friendly “Main Street” that will be closed to vehicular traffic, allowing for expanded restaurant seating and outdoor event space. The retail portion of The District at 15fifteen will benefit from 1,000 linear feet of frontage along busy Route 10, which will allow for optimal store visibility from more than 60,000 passing vehicles a day.
