Stonegate II

Stonegate II is a 68-unit affordable senior apartment building located in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The property has 63 one-bedroom and five two-bedroom units, which are all handicap adaptable. Each apartment has a hallway foyer entrance that flows into the kitchen/living room area. Kitchens are equipped with solid wood cabinets with granite countertops and Energy Star appliances. The development is situated on the campus of St. Stephen Parish, and the campus includes St. Stephens church, school, and Stonegate Phase I apartment building. Stonegate II also provides several community spaces for the residents to enjoy time together, including a raised patio off the community room with chairs and tables, a large front porch with ample seating, and a second-floor deck. The first floor features a large multipurpose community room with an attached kitchen. Additional community space on the second and third floors include a library/lounge and a game room.
