The Locale Student Living

The Locale Student Living represent 299,849 sf of modern, state-of-the-art living environment near the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR. This new development is situated on a parcel of land abutting W. Wedington Street to the south, and W. James Street to the north. The site, approximately 6.7 acres in area, accommodates a single, four-story residential structure, and five buildings. A pre-cast concrete parking structure was integrated into the residential building and is up to five stories in height and includes a partial underground level.
