Thriven Design provided comprehensive architectural, engineering and interior design services for this six-story, 173-unit, mixed-use, purpose-built student housing project located on the corner of West McMillan and Clifton Streets in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Aimed primarily at offering new student housing opportunities to the University of Cincinnati—located directly adjacent to the site—the project boasts 495 new beds, a two-level, 385-car parking structure, ground floor retail, two landscaped courtyards and a state-of-the-art amenities center. Residential living units are arranged in one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom flats, as well as four-bedroom townhouses.
