The Vista East

The Vista East is a market-rate residential development conveniently located directly adjacent to the Boise State University campus in downtown Boise, Idaho. Aimed at both university graduate students and young working professionals, the building offers 170 beds in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, in a modern motif intended to reflect the youthful and vibrant character of this emerging neighborhood.

Designed to blend in with the residential flavor and character of the surrounding neighborhood, the finished building stands four stories tall and occupies an entire city block. In addition, a variety of amenities have been designed into the program including an on-site fitness center, clubhouse and a spacious outdoor amenities deck overlooking the scenic Anne Morrison Park located directly southwest of the site. Interior design services at The Vista East include conceptual design and finish selections in common areas. Furniture and artwork were not in Thriven Design’s scope of services.
