Thriven Design provided comprehensive design services for this new purpose-built student housing apartment building with 195 units and 620 bedrooms and bathrooms that wraps a four-story parking garage. The apartment building includes a multi-level amenity space to house a leasing center and entertainment facility that includes gaming, multimedia, and lounge/café area. An accessory building housing the fitness room and its supplementary facilities area at the rear of the site towards Stanton Road.  The apartment building is constructed of fire-treated wood (IIIa construction) over a concrete slab. The height of the building varies as it steps down the sloped site from Austin Bluff Parkway to Stanton and Cragmore roads. The parking garage is an enclosed and ventilated precast concrete structure that houses the elevators and meets a ratio of 1:1 parking with the combination of surface parking. The exterior amenities include a pool courtyard off the multi-level interior amenity space and a sporting courtyard off the rear of the building.
