Winding Ridge is a preservation rehab of a low-income townhouse community in Neptune, NJ, overlooking NJ Route 18. The development consists of 98 two-story 2 and 3-bedroom units and includes four barrier-free units, a leasing office, maintenance shop, common laundry room, and tot-lot.

As an Acquisition-Preservation tax credit project with Sandy CDBG funding, the renovations included altering one unit to create a fifth barrier-free unit. The improvements will decrease energy usage, and long-term maintenance repairs by offering Energy Star appliances, new water heaters, forced air heating and cooling equipment, low-flow faucets, showerheads and toilets, exhaust fans and lighting, and weather-sealing.

Winding Ridge is in close proximity to local schools, eateries, shopping, and NJ Transit’s North Jersey Coast Line.
