Thriven Design has secured an impressive #18 spot in Building Design+Construction’s Top 90 Student Housing Architecture Firms for 2023, as reported in Building Design+Construction’s 2023 Giants 400 Report.

The ranking recognizes Thriven Design’s deep student housing portfolio of more than 20 completed student housing projects across 10 states.

For more than two decades, Thriven Design has provided multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design services to student housing clients. This year, Thriven celebrated the grand opening of Stockton University’s Parkview Hall Residential Complex, for which the firm provided architecture and interior design services. Last summer, Thriven Design completed work on University City, a 730-bed, off-campus community serving students at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus, for which the firm also provided architecture and interior design services. Currently, the firm has three student housing projects in construction in Iowa, Indiana, and New York state.

The annual Giants 400 report, compiled by Building Design+Construction, aggregates data from more than 500 AEC firms nationwide and provides rankings in more than 130 categories across 25 building sectors.

In August, BD+C ranked Thriven Design 105th nationwide among Architecture and Engineering firms. In October, Thriven was awarded a #53 ranking among multifamily AE firms. Earlier this month, Thriven Design was ranked 59th in the Top 160 Apartment and Condominium Architecture Firms in the U.S.
