Thriven Design Celebrates the Groundbreaking of West Orange Senior Housing

We’re happy to share the news that a new senior housing development in West Orange, New Jersey is underway.

Thriven Design joined The Alpert Group, New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, government officials, and other project team members for the groundbreaking ceremony of the West Orange Senior Housing community on December 1, 2023. This upcoming 65-unit, income-restricted community will include one- and two-bedroom units, on-site parking, modern amenities, and age friendly features. Thriven Design is honored to provide Architectural, MEP Engineering, and Energy Program Administration expertise for the project expected to be completed by the end of Summer 2024.
