Groundbreaking Ceremony of the District at 15Fifteen

Members of our Thriven Design team were proud to be on site for the groundbreaking ceremony of the District at 15Fifteen, joining Claremont Development, Stanbery Development Group, and Morris County Government to celebrate this new pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development coming to Parsippany, NJ.

The development will offer 498 units of luxury multifamily housing anchored by a vibrant town center with approximately 60,000 square feet of upscale retail, dining, and specialty services. The design partners four- and five-story apartment buildings with the ‘main street’ closed to vehicular traffic allowing for expanded restaurant seating and outdoor events, including year-round programming such as farmer’s markets, food trucks, and family movie nights. The 1,000 linear feet of street-front retail at the District at 15fifteen will benefit from optimal visibility with more than 60,000 vehicles passing per day.
